In this module, students will learn about organization structures in a construction project as well as roles and responsibilities of all parties in the project. This module will expose students to the principles, techniques and managerial issues, which form the process of project management relevant for architecture profession. It also highlights the documentation process required in a project especially for authority’s approval. The area of study will also make considerable reference to other fields of commercial and business activity to emphasis the broad applicability of the principles.
